Two club members did particularly well in the Australia Wide Pairs contest held in August across 100+ clubs and 1600+ pairs.

Greg Buist and Peter Reed finished in the top 50 overall.

What is extra amazing is that they are not long out of our beginner lessons  - a fact reflected in them being named in the top five pairs in the event with under 100 master points each.  Indeed the .20 master points awarded for this event were the first ones Peter ever earned, while Greg has now amassed 1.26 - we expect great things in the future from these two!
